The rooms were clean but on the small side, though the comfortable bed made up for it. the location was convenient for shopping and easy access to transportation. I was impressed by the great facilities in the lobby and the accommodating staff. We were lucky to get upgraded to a junior suite, which was excellent. the hotel's proximity to Union Square and surrounding areas was a definite plus. While the initial hiccup with the dirty room left a sour taste, the hotel staff rectified the situation promptly. the overall stay was pleasant, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and the hotel's prime location for exploring the city. The experience was further enhanced by the hotel's health club and outdoor heated pool, adding a touch of relaxation to our trip. the dining options at Herb ‘N Kitchen were convenient, offering a variety of choices for dining on-site. Overall, Hilton San Francisco Union Square is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Whether traveling solo or with companions, the hotel's amenities and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay in the heart of San Francisco.
