we had a wonderful experience at Hilton. from the helpful staff to the thoughtful small amenities like a water station and cell phone chargers, everything was top-notch. the location was fantastic, right near the cable car and Union Square, making it easy to explore the city and save on transportation costs. the upgraded room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar for a pre-dinner drink. we also appreciated the close proximity to a variety of restaurants, shops, and public transportation options. it was the perfect spot to meet up with our friends.

Great central location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Wonderful bar with a 360 view of the city.

I chose Hilton for its proximity to Fisherman's Wharf, but was pleasantly surprised by the innovative snacks at Urban Tavern, and the helpful on-site sightseeing specialists. The hotel's cleaning ambassadors taking care of street maintenance in the gritty Tenderloin neighborhood were also impressive.
